- Major contribution: secured major structural AS1698 revisions in the early 1980s, into sub sections for each test method permitting the Bicycle helmet Standard AS 2063 updates without a penetration test permitting progress on both fronts. Secured the retention of the tinting aspects of the vehicle user eye protection Standard, AS 1609. Secured a major investment in helmet performance research from the Federal Government to substantiate Standards update
